Tuna Poke Bowl

We first discovered this amazing dish in Waikiki, Oahu while attending ICCAT meetings (International Commission for Conservation of Atlantic Tuna) with the Canadian delegation back in 2012. 

Light and healthy, this dish pairs fresh, raw ahi (yellowfin) tuna with fruit and vegetables.

It makes a great appetizer when served with diced cucumber, mango and sliced avocado. It can also be served over warm rice with your favourite fruit and vegetable combo as a main course.
