Caught seasonally along the Nova Scotian coast, albacore tuna, often referred to as “white tuna” , it has a much lighter flesh colour when compared with it’s cousin the yellowfin tuna. It is an ideal choice for the grill and lends itself to a wide variety of preparation methods.
