Featured Catch of the Week: Halibut Fillets & Cheeks

The Atlantic halibut is the world's largest flatfish. Halibut yield large fillets from both sides of the fish, with the small round cheeks providing an additional source of meat.  It can to be prepared using a variety of cooking methods such as sautéing, grilling, broiling, roasting, steaming or poaching.

Our halibut is longline caught by local vessels, and the fishery is certified as sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC).
